We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, and we are here to help customers through temporary or extended financial hardship. We are suspending service disconnections and waiving new late payment fees through at least May 1. We will be working with customers on a case-by-case basis to establish payment arrangements and identify energy assistance options. We have programs to help.

Is your home too hot or too cold? Do you have uneven temperatures from room to room? Do you want greater control over your energy costs? Energize Delaware can help. Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® takes a whole-house approach to improving your home’s comfort, energy efficiency, durability and safety. Rather than focusing on a single problem, such as an inefficient heating and cooling system or drafty windows, the program details how upgrades throughout your home can work together to make your entire space more comfortable, energy efficient, and save you money.
