Our new tool can help you retrieve the aggregate whole building energy usage data of your single or multi-tenant commercial, residential, and industrial buildings and enable you to:
To sign up for Delmarva Power’s Energy Usage Data System, please click the Enrollment Form button found below and complete the form. Submit your completed form using the Request Access button, or by emailing support at support@exelonenergyusagedata.com. To transfer a recently acquired building to your existing Energy Usage Data System account, please email support. If you have more than one building in your portfolio, please use this spreadsheet to submit additional addresses and email to support after you submit your completed enrollment form.

Requests for aggregated consumption data on buildings with four (4) or less individually metered accounts will require the consent of each customer. Download our Tenant Consent Form to proceed if your building does not meet the threshold requirements. Please email your completed consent forms to support@exelonenergyusagedata.com.
All existing Resource Advisor account holders should have received an email with instructions to set up their Energy Usage Data System account. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to support@exelonenergyusagedata.com and we will help you to set up your account.

The state of Maryland joins an increasing number of states and municipalities across the United States in establishing benchmarking programs to measure the energy performance of buildings. Maryland's Climate Solutions Now Act of 2022 requires annual energy usage reporting for buildings larger than 35,000 square feet.
The deadline for reporting is June 1st of each year. Click here for more information.
