To sign up for Delmarva Power’s Energy Usage Data System, please click the Enrollment Form button found below and complete the form. Submit your completed form using the Request Access button, or by emailing support at
email@example.com. To transfer a recently acquired building to your existing Energy Usage Data System account, please
email support. If you have more than one building in your portfolio, please use this spreadsheet to submit additional addresses and email to support after you submit your completed enrollment form.

The state of Maryland joins an increasing number of states and municipalities across the United States in establishing benchmarking programs to measure the energy performance of buildings.
Maryland's Climate Solutions Now Act of 2022 requires annual energy usage reporting for buildings larger than 35,000 square feet.
The deadline for reporting is June 1st of each year.
