For Buildings in Maryland

The state of Maryland joins an increasing number of states and municipalities across the United States in establishing benchmarking programs to measure the energy performance of buildings. Maryland's Climate Solutions Now Act of 2022 requires annual energy usage reporting for buildings larger than 35,000 square feet.

The deadline for reporting is June 1st of each year. Click here for more information.
