We support renewable energy and partner with our customers to ensure safe and reliable interconnection of renewable energy into the electric grid.
Delmarva Power strongly recommends all customers complete the Net Energy Metering and Interconnection Application through our online application process. However, the option remains to download a paper application from the following table and mail it in to our Green Power Connection Team. Click in the table below for the appropriate application and agreement. The nameplate capacity is the maximum output, expressed in kilowatts, of an electric generator under specific conditions designated by the manufacturer, as indicated on the nameplate physically attached to the generator.
This table contains the current paper application forms. Prior versions of the application forms should no longer be used.
