SALISBURY, Md. - Delmarva Power is closely monitoring a weather forecast that calls for a wintry mix to affect the company's service territory on Monday.
Delmarva Power will schedule and adjust its workforce with the timing of the weather and any resulting customer outages. We will work around the clock to restore any outages that may occur, but customers need to be prepared for the possibility of power outages.
Delmarva Power is in contact with local emergency management officials.
Customers are asked to please call in any outages and stay away from any downed wires. To report outages and downed wires, please call 1-800-898-8042 (New Castle, Cecil and Harford counties) or 1-800-898-8045 (Kent and Sussex counties and Eastern Shore of Maryland). Follow the prompts and ask for a call back to confirm that power has been restored. Outages also may be reported through www.delmarva.com or through our mobile app. For natural gas emergencies in New Castle County, call 1-302-454-0317.
