eBill participation grows 25%
Newark, Del. - In a proactive effort to reduce paper consumption, support a healthy environment and introduce the ease and convenience of online bill payments through My Account, Delmarva Power recently launched the eBill Sweepstakes.
The eBill Sweepstakes was an online interactive campaign that focused on increasing eBill participation among Delmarva Power customers throughout the fall of 2013. All new eBill customers who participated in the program entered for a chance to win a free 16GB iPad air with an estimated value of $500.
As such, a random drawing consisting of more than 9,000 new eBill customers revealed Karen Wilkerson of Wilmington, DE as the grand prize winner. Congratulations Ms. Wilkerson!
A special thank you to all of the sweepstakes participants. Their efforts have increased Delmarva Power eBill participation by approximately 25 percent in 2013.
