Delmarva Power Alerts Motorists to Traffic Advisory

Cable Work over Routes 1 and 13 to Cause Intermittent Delays

SMYRNA, Del. - Delmarva Power will be installing a fiber optic cable over Routes 1 and 13, just north of the Smyrna Rest Area and Information Center between 6:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3. Traffic will be directed to the Ramp 119B/Smyrna Rest Area & Information Center to Route 13 southbound.
