Delawarean Began 24-Year Career at Delmarva Power & Light
WASHINGTON - Pepco Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:POM) today announced that Robert M. Collacchi, Jr. has been chosen to lead Delmarva Power's Gas Division, which delivers safe and reliable natural gas to approximately 123,000 residential and business customers in northern New Castle County, Delaware.
Collacchi, a 24-year company veteran, joined Delmarva Power as a service dispatcher in 1988 after earning a bachelor's degree in business management from Wilmington University (previously Wilmington College). He was raised in Delaware, and is a graduate of Thomas McKean High School.
"Bob brings a wealth of experience to this leadership role in our gas division," said David Velazquez, Executive Vice President, PHI Power Delivery. "He is deeply rooted in the gas division, and the depth of his experience will be invaluable to achieving business success."
During his tenure, Collacchi has held several positions at Delmarva Power. Most recently, he served as director of energy supply for Pepco Holdings, Inc.
Collacchi lives in Bear, Del. with his wife and two sons.
