Delmarva Power Monitoring Approaching Weather Front
SALISBURY, Md. - Severe thunderstorms could roll through the Delmarva Power service territory this afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service. With heavy rain, high winds and dangerous lightning, Delmarva Power officials said there could be power outages resulting from downed power lines and tree limbs. Company officials are preparing for, and urging customers to prepare for, power outages in the event the inclement weather does impact the electric system.

Customers are asked to call Delmarva Power to report an outage, a gas emergency and/or they see a downed or damaged power line. The numbers to call are:
