Utility adds new, forward-looking energy section
NEWARK, DE - Delmarva Power has refreshed the design of its Web site with a new look launched today that will make it easier for visitors to navigate and find information.
The improved design features a blue and green color palette to reflect the company's environmental focus. A new section titled "Our Energy Future" has been added to incorporate the company's plan for the future, energy-saving tips and other environmental features. Additionally, customer self-service applications have been improved, making it easier for customers to pay their bills online and access various customer service requests.
"This redesign will enable our customers to more easily transact business with us online at their own convenience," said Charles R. Dickerson, Vice President of Customer Care, Pepco Holdings Inc. "We want to make sure our customers can quickly find the information they need, whether it is to pay their bill, review energy-saving tips or get updates on outages."
Thousands of customers visit the utility company's Web site to find useful online services such as the energy-audit software tool called "My Account." This powerful software is popular with customers as it helps them understand how to use energy wisely in their homes.
