We support renewable energy and partner with our customers to ensure safe and reliable interconnection of renewable energy into the electric grid.
By installing a solar generating system, you’re doing your part to help the environment since the energy comes from the sun, is clean, and completely renewable. However, not all premises are appropriate for solar panels. Use the following tools to estimate the amount of electricity you can generate and your annual electric savings, ensure the electric circuit servicing your home is open for additional interconnections, learn about the interconnection process, and much more.
Although Delmarva Power does not recommend solar installation contractors or directly sell or install renewable generating systems, we do encourage customers to thoroughly research your premise’s unique circumstances before committing to a contract.
