Tyler Anthony is the President and CEO of Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Anthony and his senior leadership team are responsible for guiding the company's delivery of reliable and excellent service to more than two million customers in the Mid-Atlantic. Anthony has more than 30 years of utility operations experience, including electric distribution, transmission operations, nuclear generation, project management, customer service, and labor relations. Prior to being appointed Pepco Holding's president and CEO in November 2021, Anthony served as the company's senior vice president of Operations and chief operating officer. He joined Pepco Holdings in 2016 from sister Exelon utility ComEd in northern Illinois, where he held roles as the senior vice president of Distribution Operations and vice president of Transmission and Substation. Anthony also served as vice president of Projects for Exelon Nuclear, executing large projects across Exelon's nuclear fleet.

Senior Vice President, Operations and Chief Operating Officer Pepco Holdings
Tamla Olivier is the chief operating officer for Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula, and Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland. Olivier and team are responsible for the overall operations for the three utilities, including Electric and Gas Operations, Projects and Contracts, Support Services and Transmission and Substation functions.
Prior to transitioning to her role at Pepco Holdings, Olivier served as the senior vice president of Customer Operations and Chief Customer Officer at BGE. In this role, Olivier leveraged relationships across Exelon's utilities to develop a strategy to provide equitable access to programs and services for customers and communities in the region. Her team focused on creating value for every customer segment, stakeholders, and employees.
Olivier was also a key member of the Constellation leadership team for 10 years, including time spent as president and chief executive officer of BGE Home, one of the largest home energy service operations in the nation. Providing consumers in multiple markets with energy related solutions ranging from HVAC to home improvements, her organization was key to Constellation's strategic plan to differentiate its deregulated gas and electricity offerings — deepening customer relationships and driving earnings for the business.
Prior to joining Constellation as executive director of Human Resources in 2010, Olivier held leadership roles in human resources and organizational development at T. Rowe Price, United Defense and Wells Fargo.
Olivier is a MedStar Health board member and also serves on the Quality, Safety & Professional Affairs Committee (QSPAC). She is the vice-chair for Catholic Charities of Maryland, where she also leads the human resources committee. She is also co-chair of the women's leadership council for My Sister's Place Women's Center. She is a former member of the MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center Board of Directors and Ronald McDonald House of Maryland.

Phil Barnett is the senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Prior to joining Pepco Holdings in 2018, Barnett served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of PECO in Philadelphia, Pa., another Exelon subsidiary. Bell-Izzard oversees financial planning, process and technology initiatives, Customer Experience and customer research, and data analytics. Bell-Izzard provides the strategic vision to ensure customers have a premier experience every time they interact with the company.
Bell-Izzard has been with the Exelon family of companies for 28 years and has held leadership roles in Audit, IT, Customer Operations and Utility Performance at BGE and Exelon Utilities. Prior to her current role, Bell-Izzard served as vice president of Customer Operations for Pepco Holdings, responsible for leading a team of more than 1,100 customer-facing employees in Call Center Services, Customer Field Operations, Revenue Management and Energy Efficiency and Demand Side Management.

Rodney Oddoye is senior vice president of Governmental, Regulatory and External Affairs (GREA) for Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco. Rodney has more than 20 years of experience and leadership in the utility industry.
Rodney leads the company's political, policy and regulatory activities across Pepco Holdings' three local energy companies. He oversees the organization's state and regional Government and External Affairs and Regulatory departments. His organization is responsible for building strategic relationships with government officials and community and business stakeholders to advance policies that support customers, communities and the company.
Rodney also leads the Corporate Community Impact team at Pepco Holdings, which strategically partners with non-profit academic and civic institutions to enhance economic development engagement in the regions served by the company. His organization oversees matters related to building and protecting the company's reputation and brand.
Prior to joining Pepco Holdings, Rodney was the senior vice president of Government and External Affairs at Pepco Holdings' sister company BGE, where he led State Affairs, External Affairs, Corporate Relations, Economic and Workforce Development, Marketing and Large Customer Services throughout the energy company's Baltimore, Md., service territory. During his 18-year tenure with BGE, he held additional leadership roles as chief customer officer and vice president of Customer Operations, responsible for overseeing the processes, systems and planning that support internal and external customer interfaces; director of electric operations northeast, responsible for the electric distribution, operations and maintenance for new business activities in Baltimore City, Harford and Baltimore counties; and director of Finance.
Rodney serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Central Maryland and Building Bridges Across the River. Region President, Atlantic City Electric and Delmarva Power
Doug Mokoid, Atlantic City Electric and Delmarva Power region president, is responsible for engaging state and local officials, community leaders, and business, consumer, and nonprofit organizations within the companies' service areas. In this capacity, he plays a critical role in shaping policy and managing issues to deliver value to customers and key stakeholders.
Prior to being appointed as region president, Doug served as director of Operations for Atlantic City Electric and spent 10 years with Philadelphia-based PECO, where he ran the Philadelphia Region Construction and Maintenance organization. During his 14-year tenure with PECO and Atlantic City Electric, Doug was instrumental in the development and implementation of strategies to improve safety and reliability performance, including helping to achieve best on record performance, as well as customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Doug currently serves on the boards of several civic and nonprofit organizations including the New Jersey Utilities Association, the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, the Drumthwacket Foundation Board, and as a Trustee for the Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation. He is also a member of the Delaware Business Roundtable and the Board of Governors through the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce.

Vice President and General Counsel, Pepco Holdings
Anne Bancroft, vice president and General Counsel for Pepco Holdings, is the company's chief legal advisor and provides oversight and management of legal matters affecting Pepco Holdings and its utility subsidiaries, Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco.
Anne joined Exelon in 2010 as assistant general counsel for Exelon Business Services. In 2017, she became associate general counsel for Labor and Employment for Exelon's businesses in Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, DC., providing strategic guidance on a wide range of employee issues, including labor arbitrations and employment litigation. She has also been a vital legal voice on special company-wide projects, including Exelon's COVID-19 response and diversity, equity and inclusion practices.
Anne serves as an active member of the KID Museum Corporate Leadership Council in Maryland. She was president of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Greater Philadelphia chapter in 2018 and a board officer between 2013-2019. She also led the ACC Greater Philadelphia Diversity Summer Internship Program, which places diverse law students in more than 15 corporate law departments each summer. She was previously pro bono labor counsel for Opera Philadelphia and Editor-in-Chief for the New Jersey Bar Association Labor and Employment Section Quarterly. Jim Calabrese is the vice president of IT for Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Pepco Holdings is a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, one of the nation’s leading energy services companies.
In his role, Calabrese oversees all IT operations, services, and projects enabling Pepco Holdings. He also leads work and asset management functions for all Exelon utilities including BGE, ComEd, PECO, and Pepco Holdings. His responsibilities include IT services for enterprise asset management (EAM), mobile dispatch, support services platforms, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and NERC CIP compliance operations.
As a 28-year veteran of the energy industry, Calabrese has held a variety of IT leadership positions at Exelon and has been responsible for commercial applications and projects, strategic planning, merger and acquisitions, infrastructure operations, organizational transformation, process management, and large utility project delivery. He has worked in Exelon’s commercial, generation, utilities, and corporate functions.
Calabrese serves on the board for Year Up National Capital Region, a not-for-profit focused on providing one-year, intensive training and internships for low-income young adults ages 18-24. He formerly served on the board of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore, a not-for-profit economic developmental organization focused on developing Baltimore's information technology industry.

Jaclyn Cantler is the vice president of Projects and Contracts for Pepco Holdings and its utilities, Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco.
Cantler has nearly 20 years of experience with Pepco Holdings, and has held leadership roles in Engineering, Distribution Planning, Transmission Planning, and the Operations Control Center. Prior to being named vice president of Projects and Contracts, Cantler served as director of Project Management for Pepco, where she was responsible for overseeing centrally managed projects, including the continued advancement of the Capital Grid reliability project in Washington, D.C. She is also a founding member of the Pepco Holdings Engineering Development Committee, helping spearhead the company’s inaugural engineer rotation.

Sandy Fisher is the Vice President of Support Services of Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Fisher oversees the company's Safety, Environmental, Training, Real Estate, Fleet, and Security business areas. Willa Hightower, vice president of Customer Operations for Pepco Holdings, is responsible for all call center and service operations, customer field operations and billing, and revenue management, as well as large customer services for all Pepco Holding's energy companies, including Atlantic City Electric in southern New Jersey, Delmarva Power in Delaware and the eastern shore of Maryland, and Pepco in Washington, D.C. and northern Maryland.
Willa joined Pepco Holdings in 2020 where she partnered with utility leadership on an integrated multi-year plan to advance the company's Connected Communities initiative. She also held positions at Exelon's Philadelphia, Pa. based energy company, PECO, including director of Customer Financial Operations and manager of Revenue and Load Forecasting and Regulatory Support, where she was instrumental in helping PECO prepare for its transition to market-based energy rates. Prior to joining Exelon, Willa worked as a marketing analyst for Customer Choice at Southern Company.
Willa serves in leadership roles on several community and civic associations, including serving as treasurer of the Chester County, Pa. chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and as the board chair of the Marian Anderson Award, recently facilitating the merger of the organization with Play of Philly cultural organization.

Anne Lindner is the vice president of Government and External Affairs for Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Lindner is responsible for directing and executing legislative strategy for the Pepco Holdings operating companies. Pepco Holdings is a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, one of the nation’s leading energy services companies. Lindner has 22 years of experience in the electric industry and over 25 years of experience as an attorney. Prior to joining Pepco Holdings in 2018, Lindner served as director of Government and Regulatory Affairs for Exelon in the Mid-Atlantic, representing Exelon at regulatory agencies and before the legislature. She has also served as vice president of Energy Policy for Constellation, and commission advisor to the Maryland Public Service Commission. Prior to that, Lindner worked as a lawyer for the Constellation business. Her experience also includes transactional and securities law.
Lindner serves as vice-chair on Maryland’s Climate Change Commission and is a commissioner on the Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Fund Advisory Board.

Vice President, Regulatory Policy and Strategy
Morgan O’Donnell is the vice president of Regulatory Policy and Strategy for Pepco Holdings, and oversees the development and implementation of federal, state and regional regulatory policy and strategy, with a focus on the District of Columbia and Maryland.
O’Donnell joined Pepco Holdings in 2006 and held various leadership roles in the Regulatory Strategy and Revenue Policy, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Treasury organizations. Prior to being named to her current role in 2021, O’Donnell was the company’s director of Finance, leading budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial analysis for Pepco Holdings and its utilities, Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco.
O’Donnell played a key role in the Exelon/Pepco Holdings merger process and integration efforts and led the research and analysis for several key regulatory filings for Pepco, including the Multi-Year Plan filings for the District of Columbia and Maryland.
O'Donnell is a board member of the Pepco Holdings Community Foundation and a mentor with Generation Hope, which provides education resources to teen parents and their children.
O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Maryland.
Vice President of Regulatory Strategy and Services Pepco Holdings
Amber Perry, vice president of Regulatory Strategy and Services for Pepco Holdings, oversees all the regulatory proceedings for Atlantic City Electric and Delmarva Power in Delaware, including energy acquisition processes. She develops strategic positions with a multi-stakeholder view, to maximize the impact of the company's investments in those jurisdictions.
Amber joined Pepco Holdings in 2022, leading the Customer Operations strategic programs and technology initiatives. Her accomplishments in that role included the establishment of a project management office responsible for enhancing overall project planning and execution, as well as directing initiatives that resulted in company-wide improvements in the use of customer digital and self-service tools. Before joining Pepco Holdings, Amber worked for parent company Exelon beginning in 2008, holding roles in Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, Continuous Improvement and Information Technology. Amber also held roles in Finance and Information Technology in organizations, including Navigant Consulting and the Lincoln Financial Group.
Amber serves as the vice president of the board and the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) committee lead for TasteWise Kids, a non-profit focused on teaching children about healthy eating habits and the environmental benefits of farming. She is also the founder of the STEM GEMS after-school program in Baltimore, Md., which provides female role models in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. Phil Vavala is the vice president of Electric and Gas Operations, overseeing Regional Electric Operations at Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco, and Regional Gas Operations functions at Delmarva Power including the Pepco Holdings Operations Control Center and Operational Productivity.
Vavala joined Pepco Holdings 30 years ago as an intern in Delmarva Power’s System Planning department and went on to hold positions throughout Operations, including senior supervising engineer, manager of Control Room Operations for Atlantic City Electric and Delmarva Power and director of Regional Electric Operations for Delmarva Power. In his most recent role, Vavala led the organization chiefly responsible for the engineering design, construction, and maintenance of Transmission and Substation assets across the Pepco Holding’s regions.
Vavala served as chairman of the Pepco Holdings and Exelon Diverse Business Enterprise Working Group, focused on developing spending opportunities with minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses.

David L. Vosvick II is the vice president of Human Resources for Pepco Holdings and Exelon Utilities. Prior to being named vice president of Human Resources in 2017, Vosvick served as vice president of Human Resources for BGE. He has more than 27 years of HR experience and spent numerous years prior to joining Constellation in executive leadership positions. Vosvick has served on the boards of several educational, arts, and health related organizations in Maryland. Amber Young, vice president of Technical Services for Pepco Holdings, is responsible for a number of areas that support the company's ability to operate at a peak level, including distribution capacity planning, engineering, smart grid and innovation, and operations analysis and strategy for all Pepco Holdings regions.
Amber joined Pepco Holdings in 2005, and advanced through roles focused on engineering and transmission and distribution planning and execution, including her most recent role, director of Operations Control Center for Pepco Holdings, leading the three transmission and distribution control centers that monitor energy grid operations for the company's five jurisdictions. Among her accomplishments in that role, Amber instituted new practices that allowed the company to better identify, report and respond to outages, leading to accelerated restoration efforts during severe weather incidents across the PHI service area. Prior to joining PHI, she held engineering positions at PSEG Nuclear.
Amber is a board member of the Delaware Foundation of Science and Mathematics Education and the Girl Scouts of Chesapeake Bay. She is a member of the 2016 cohort of Leadership Delaware.

Vice President, Transmission & Substation, Pepco Holdings
As Vice President of Transmission and Substation, Williams is responsible for the design, construction, operations, and maintenance of all substation and transmission assets for Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Pepco Holdings is a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, one of the nation's leading energy services companies.
Williams has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. He began his career in 1994 at Baltimore Gas & Electric (BGE) in the Gas organization before progressing through numerous leadership roles within the Electric Operations, Gas, Customer, and Support Services organizations. Prior to joining Pepco Holdings in February 2020, Williams served as Director of Electric Operations at BGE.
Williams' leadership extends beyond the business and well into the community. He is currently a member of the Community College of Baltimore Foundation board. Williams has served on the board for the Conflict Resolution Center of Baltimore County and is an active member of the nonprofit "Hundred for One Hundred," which feeds homeless and less fortunate members of the community on a monthly basis. He is also a member of the PHI African American Leadership Council and a board member of the Latin American Youth Center's (LAYC) Washington, D.C. chapter.
Williams earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Information Technology at the University of Baltimore and his Master of Business Administration at Loyola University of Maryland. He later went on to obtain an executive certification in Strategic Growth at the Columbia Business School at Columbia University.

Dr. Allen is the president of Delaware State University, an HBCU based in Dover, DE. He assumed this role in January 2020 after serving as the university's provost and executive vice president. Prior to entering academia, Tony developed and led the corporate reputation group at Bank of America and co-chaired the Global Marketing & Corporate Affairs Diversity & Inclusion Council. He started his financial services career as an Executive Vice President at MBNA America. Tony was previously the founding President of the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League and started his career as a speechwriter to then-U.S. Senator Joe Biden. He recently served on President Biden's Transition Team and was the Chief Executive Officer of the 59th Presidential Inaugural. Currently, Tony is the Chairman of the President's Board of Advisors on HBCUs.
Tony currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Laffey-McHugh Foundation and Graham Holdings. He is also Chairman Emeritus of the National Urban Fellows and a co-Founder of Public Allies Delaware, a leadership development organization for young people interested in public service. Dr. Allen holds a B.A. in Political Science and a Ph.D. in Urban Affairs & Public Policy from the University of Delaware, as well as a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College (CUNY).

Anthony is the President and CEO of Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Anthony and his team are responsible for guiding the company's delivery of reliable and excellent service to more than two million customers in the Mid-Atlantic. Pepco Holdings is a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, one of the nation's leading energy services companies.
Anthony has more than 30 years of utility operations experience, including electric distribution, transmission operations, nuclear generation, project management, customer service, and labor relations. Prior to joining Pepco Holdings, Anthony served as the senior vice president of Distribution Operations and vice president of Transmission and Substation for ComEd in northern Illinois. Anthony also served as vice president of Projects for Exelon Nuclear, executing large projects across Exelon's nuclear fleet.
Anthony currently serves on the boards of several civic and nonprofit organizations including the Washington, D.C. Police Foundation, the Strathmore Hall Foundation, Inc., and the Southeastern Electric Exchange, a nonprofit, non-political trade association of investor-owned electric utility companies.
President and Chief Executive Officer, Exelon Corporation
Calvin Butler is president and chief executive officer of Exelon. Butler oversees Exelon’s six local electric and natural gas companies – Atlantic City Electric, BGE, ComEd, Delmarva Power, PECO and Pepco. Together, they form the nation’s largest utility company by customer count, serving approximately 10 million electric and gas customers in New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Delaware, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. He serves as chairman of each utility’s board and also chairs Exelon’s executive committee.
Prior to being promoted to CEO on Dec. 31, 2022, Butler had been president and chief operating officer of Exelon. Previously, he served in roles of increasing responsibility at Exelon, including senior executive vice president and COO (2021), Exelon Utilities CEO (2019) and as CEO of BGE from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that role, Butler served as BGE’s senior vice president for Regulatory and External Affairs. He also held various leadership positions at ComEd, including senior vice president of Corporate Affairs and vice president of Governmental and Legislative Affairs.
Before joining Exelon in 2008, Butler held senior leadership roles in external affairs as well as manufacturing with the print, digital and supply chain solutions company R.R. Donnelley. Butler spent his early career with Central Illinois Light Company (CILCORP, Inc.), where he worked in government affairs, legal and strategy.
Butler serves as an Executive Committee member and on the Board of Directors for the Edison Electric Institute (EEI). He is on the Board of Directors and serves as the vice chair of the Institute of International Education (IIE) and on the Board of Governors for Argonne National Laboratory. He is a member of the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago, on the Board of Directors of the Economic Club of Chicago and is immediate past chair of the Greater Baltimore Committee. Butler also serves on the Board of Directors for the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, the Caves Valley Golf Club and the Annika Sorenstam Foundation, in addition to the James Madison Council of the Library of Congress. He is a past chair of the Gridwise Alliance, an advocacy organization promoting modernization and innovation for the nation’s electrical grid.
He has been recognized by several organizations for his leadership and community commitment. In 2021, The Daily Record named Butler to their “Power 100” list and has singled him out as one of its top 35 “Influential Marylanders,” as well as listing him three times as one of Maryland’s “Most Admired CEOs.” In 2020, he was honored with the BEYA Chairman’s Award, recognizing Black leaders for their meaningful contributions to science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
That same year, he was named among Black Enterprise magazine’s “Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America,” and as Zpryme’s “ETS Thought Leader of the Year,” honoring those with the “inventive and brave vision needed to inspire the global energy ecosystem toward sustainable modernization.” In 2022, the Boy Scouts of America recognized him with the Distinguished Citizen Award. He has also been named by Baltimore magazine as one of its “Top Ten Baltimoreans.” He is an active member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Butler earned a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., and a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Mo. He received an honorary doctorate of Humane Letters from Morgan State University in 2014.

Ms. Cropp is the former chair of the Council of the District of Columbia holding the role from 1997 - 2007. Prior to serving as chair, she served as an at-large member to the Council of the District of Columbia from 1990 - 1997. She served as the council's representative to the Board of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, where she chaired the Budget Committee and played a major role in the expansion of the Metro Rail system. In 1992, Ms. Cropp chaired the council's Committee on Human Services. Ms. Cropp began her career with D.C. public schools, first as a teacher and then as a guidance counselor. In 1980, she was elected to the D.C. Board of Education, serving as the board's vice president and president.
Ms. Cropp is the past chair of the board of directors of CareFirst, Inc. where she served on the Board from 2011 - 2016. She is currently a member of many professional, civic, and social organizations. Ms. Cropp earned her bachelor's degree in Government and a master's degree in Education, both from Howard University. In addition to her earned degrees, she has been awarded two Honorary Doctorates.
Ms. DiLorenzo is a principal with DiLorenzo Davis Consulting LLC, a business consulting firm, since 2020. Previously, she served as President and CEO of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey (1994 – 2019). During that time, the Chamber was named the "Best Chamber" in the State of New Jersey by NJBIZ and was the first and only Chamber in the U.S. to have earned ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Prior to her role with the Chamber, she served as Senior Vice President, Government Affairs for the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (1990 – 1994) where she directed the organization's lobbying team and various management positions at South Jersey Gas Company (1979 – 1990), including Vice President, External Affairs.
In 2009, Ms. DiLorenzo was appointed by Governor-elect Christie's to his ten-person transition team and chaired the Department of Labor and Workforce Development Subcommittee. In 2011, Governor Christie appointed her to the N.J. Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (reappointed in 2013 and 2017) where she currently serves as Chairperson of the Convention Center and Marketing Committee. In 2017 Governor-elect Murphy appointed her to the Department of Labor and Workforce Development Transition Committee. Ms. DiLorenzo has served on numerous regional and statewide Boards of Directors over her 40+ year career and has received numerous awards. DiLorenzo received a bachelor's degree in Communications and a master's degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Corporate Communications, both from Rowan University.

Dr. Dukes is founder and principal of The Dukes Group LLC and president emerita of Prince George's Community College (PGCC) in Largo, Maryland. She recently served as Co-Chair of Path Forward, a taskforce dedicated to ensuring a stronger Prince George's County post COVID. She is the immediate past president of the Meyer Foundation. From 2007 through May 2015, she was a member of the Maryland State Board of Education and from 2012 through May 2015, she led the Board as president. Dr. Dukes is a recipient of the Dr. Reginald Wilson Leadership Diversity Leadership Award presented by the American Council on Education, the National Black Women in Business Award presented by the Network Journal, and the Living Legacy Award presented by the Association for the Study of African Life and History (ASALAH). In 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2017, she was recognized by the Washingtonian as one of the 100 most powerful women in the metropolitan area, and she is an inductee in the Maryland's Women Hall of Fame.
Dr. Dukes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with an English concentration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master's and doctorate in Administrative and Policy Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Wu is an executive with extensive public and private sector experience in organizational transformation and innovation initiatives. Mr. Wu currently serves as a special advisor to Governor Larry Hogan. Previously, Mr. Wu was President and CEO of Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation – Maryland. And prior to that, he served in Maryland's Department of Commerce as deputy secretary and chief operating officer.
Mr. Wu is currently a board member of Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic, Strathmore Hall Foundation and the National Asian Pacific Center for Aging. Mr. Wu is also an executive officer for the US-Asia Institute, which is a non-profit devoted to improving, understanding, and facilitating conversations between the people and governments of the United States and Asia. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Metropolitan Studies from New York University and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
