    You may request electric service by either completing or submitting the form below, or by calling us at 1-800-375-7117. We accept more than one individual customer name on an electric or natural gas service account, and all individuals who apply for service will have their names listed as customers of record.

    Stopping Service

    If you are moving, please notify us at least three business days before by completing and submitting the form below, calling 1-800-375-7117, or by visiting one of our Customer Service Centers. The three-business days notice is important, because you are responsible for - and will be billed for - all service at your present address until you notify us. If no party is moving in, the service may be disconnected.

    What About the Final Reading of My Electric Meter?

    When closing your account, you have several options. We can estimate your final meter reading; you can request for us to obtain a final reading; you may call in your own final reading to our Customer Service, 1-800-375-7117, giving us your name, address and account number; or you may return the meter reading to us by e-mail (see  How To Read Your Meter).

    If you are planning a move within our service territory, you can close your old account and set up your new account at the same time by completing and submitting the form below or by calling us at 1-800-375-7117. Remember to give us three-business days’ notice, and that you are responsible for - and will be billed for - all service at your old address until you notify us.
