  • How Do I Start or Stop My Service?

    You can start your electric service by completing and submitting our Apply for Service form, or stop service by using our disconnection form. You can also visit us at one of our Customer Service Centers, call us at 1-800-375-7117 or learn more on our Start or Stop Service page.
     

    Am I Required to Pay a Security Deposit?

    We may ask new applicants and/or former customers to establish credit with us.

    How Soon Will My Service Start or Stop?

    We can start your service at your business as soon as the next business day. But we require a 3-day advance notice to stop service.

    Is There A Connection Fee?

    No, there is no fee for connecting your service unless it was disconnected due to nonpayment issues.

    I Am A Small Business Receiving Multiple Bills. Is There A Way To Group Them?

    Yes, we offer our small business customers a Group Billing Program so they can receive a group of bills each month instead of individual bills.
