Standard Offer Service
Customers in Virginia have the option to choose their electrical supplier. Customers who do not choose to switch to a Third Party Supplier (TPS), or who leave a TPS to return to their Electric Delivery Company, are supplied with Standard Offer Service (SOS).
SOS is the default electric supply service provided by Delmarva Power.
