Written comments also may be filed by Thursday, October 15, 2009. The comments shall be addressed to Terry J. Romine, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, and reference “Case No. 9192.”
Delmarva Power & Light Company (“Delmarva”) is hereby directed to publish, once in each of the two (2) successive weeks prior to each hearing date, weekly notice of the public hearing and the opportunity for public comment by advertisement in newspapers of general circulation in each county within the Delmarva service territory. Proof of publication shall be filed with the Commission on or before the date of the hearings.
Pursuant to § 3-104 of the Public Utility Companies Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Public Service Commission hereby delegate the conduct of the evening hearings for public comment to be held on October 13, 2009 and October 15, 2009 to Commissioner Susanne Brogan and the conduct of the evening hearing for public comment to be held on October 14, 2009 to Chief Hearing Examiner Joel Bright.
