Bill Inserts
Throughout the year, Delmarva Power includes special inserts with customer bills that provide information about changes in rates or electric service. The large majority of inserts are required by the relevant state Public Service Commissions. Other inserts are provided as customer service intiatives by Delmarva Power and promote payment options and energy-efficiency tips, among other topics.
