New Energy Bill
Making Life a Little Less Complicated
Delmarva Power has introduced a new bill that was developed based on customer suggestions. Maryland customers began receiving the new format in May. Delaware customers will receive the new format in June.
The new bill features:
- An easier-to-read format
- New usage graphs that let you compare 24 months of energy use
- Environmentally conscious process that prints billing information on both sides of the page
- Payment coupon more conveniently located at the bottom
