Program Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in Delmarva Power's C&I Energy Efficiency Incentive Program and receive cash incentives, your business must meet the following criteria:
- Be a commercial, industrial, government, or public/private institutional electric customer of Delmarva Power's Maryland service territory
- Install qualified electric equipment at a project site located in the Delmarva Power Maryland service territory
- Equipment must be purchased and installed on or after August 13th, 2009. Equipment that has been purchased or installed prior to this date is not eligible
- Most projects will require pre-approval. Please review the pre-approval details for each incentive package
- Comply with each program’s specific requirements and program terms and conditions
